Our People

Roy - The founder and the owner of Paschal Winery and Vinayards. Man with a dream and an unstopable determination to make it come true. See more under WINERY.
Agnieszka – “Aga” moved here in 2001 from her motherland Poland, bringing her vast talent and experience in art and her passion for European wines. Her great personality and ability to create many friendships has ignited her success as the winery manager. She states that the “pure gift of our Oregon land and what it has to offer us” sustains her commitment to Paschal Winery and the Rogue Valley. She says her life has been a “great adventure” since leaving Krakow.
Joe - Our wines are crafted with extra care by Joe Dobbes."Working with the beautiful Rogue Valley fruit is a true pleasure of mine, as the Rogue fruit is varied and fabulous. Southern Oregon I consider as my second home."
"Paschal Winery grants me full artistic license in the stylizing and making of their wines; a double blessing for a winemaker and hopefully a home run for their customers".
Randy – The vineyards are managed with care by Pacific Crest Vineyard Services. Owner Randy began taking care of his own vines 25 years ago and began managing other’s vineyards in 1998. He uses sustainable farming practices, from considerations for his staff to the techniques and materials he uses in the field.
Meredith – As a renaissance woman who does bodywork, is a creative spirit, and has a love of social connection, Meredith sites the “nourishing” view as her top inspiration for pouring wine at Paschal. She smiles as she states that the social environment, the great people she gets to chat with, and the journey she is on to expand her palette fuels her love for Paschal. Her dream is to go on a wine-loving trip to France and Italy and take a long walk with a glass of wine every day.
Cheryl – A dedicated school teacher and wine connoisseur, Cheryl, a favorite ‘regular’ joined the staff after many years of coming to see us since the winery opened. One reason she loves Paschal so much that she will pour for us is; “You will not find a better view in the valley, in my opinion.” She poured in Newport this year and brought home two bronze medals – one for our ’06 Pinot Gris and another for the ’04 Paschal Syrah. Cheryl gives a great word of advice: bring a picnic, and enjoy a bottle of our wine on the lawn or deck and check out the views for free!

Laura – Laura has been gracing tasting room visitors with her smile since 2003. She is friendly and interested in all who come to visit. She has been a wonderful addition to the Paschal family. She came on board by contributing her office skills and soon started helping out in the tasting room, igniting her passion for red wine.
Jena –Laura's daughter heard from her mother what a fun and exciting job pouring wine at Paschal winery is, so she began working with us in 2007 when she finished school. Young, sweet, enthusiastic Jena brings a fresh new vibe into the mix. She loves helping people of all ages to expand their knowledge of fine Rogue Valley wine.
Tucker – You may be lucky enough to get a greeting from Aga’s big black lab when you come for a visit. This big softie calls Paschal his second home and has become the tasting room pet, bringing smiles to our guests.
